Basketball is the one of the most famous sport in the world. It is suit to everyone.When I was very young, I got a new basketball as a present on my birthday. I was crazy about the game at that time even though I was not good at passing the ball. I played the new basketball with my friend every day. Dring my childhood, the ball accompanied me the most time.
In the club, our instructor is a Social Studies teacher-Sexby. He was a ceremonial team member in Canada. My classmates said he could slam dunked because of his height. I was so surprise to this news because my wish was that I can slam dunk. So I think I must practise jumping until I can touch the backboard.
The club trainning in this half of term devided into two parts and the time was on Monday, Wendesday or Thursday. At the beginning, we trainned on the playground. We ran ten to fifteen loops per time.I am a runnning player, so it was not very difficult to me. I remenber I was hurt my foot on a Monday. I asked to withdraw the trainning. The exercise after the trainning of body strength is very important. It made us relax and could prevent clonus.
The second part is trainning in the basketball court of gym. Sexby divided us into some groups to play the game. And the winner could be a member of the basketball team.
